Please check your junk/spam mail box and make sure the email is not in there. If you are using gmail, be sure to check your "Promotions" tab which is pictured below..
If you are using a desktop mail client such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird, you may need to log in to your webmail client and check the junk/spam box there. If an email has been marked as spam by your web client, it may never reach your desktop mail client.
