If you have filled in a mail form for things like the newsletter, ebook, or Forex Mastermind waiting list you should receive a email with a confirmation link. If you have not received your confirmation email, take a look at the common reasons and fixes below.
Wait a little longer
Confirmation emails are configured to be sent within two minutes of hitting the submit button on a form. However, this may be delayed, depending on the time of day and server load. You should wait at least ten minutes to receive a confirmation email.
If you have waited ten minutes and the email still hasn't arrived, keep reading.
Check your junk mail
Please check your junk/spam mail box and make sure the email is not in there. If you are using gmail, be sure to check your "Promotions" tab which is pictured below.
If you are using a desktop mail client such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird, you may need to log in to your webmail client and check the junk/spam box there. If an email has been marked as spam by your web client, it may never reach your desktop mail client.
If none of this helps, submit a ticket and I will help you out.
